2. Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak periods (holidays, promotions, peak order volumes), processing times may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email after your order ships.
Which logistics companies do you use?
We will choose USPS, UPS, or FedEx for delivery based on your location and the most convenient route.

How can I track my order?

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Please provide photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

3. Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of order delivery. Items must be unworn, original security tags must be retained, and the item must be returned in its original packaging (including the authenticity card and diamond certificate, if applicable).
