Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Period & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of order delivery.

- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped. If more than 2 hours have passed or the order has been shipped, please follow the return procedure below.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must:
  • Be unworn
  • Retain the original security tag
  • Include all original packaging
- Non-returnable items: items without original order number, items with obvious signs of wear or missing security tags.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be initiated by contacting us at info@kimhungjewelry.com. We do not accept in-store returns or drop-offs.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and shipping instructions.
- Return fees: None (return shipping is covered by KimHung Jewelry within the 30-day return period).
- Returns without our provided label or not initiated through our return process will not be accepted.

3. Mail-In Returns Only

We currently support mail-in returns only. We do not offer in-person returns or drop-offs at any location. Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

4. Processing Time & Refunds

- Once your return is approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 10 business days to appear on your statement.
- If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days of approval, contact us at info@kimhungjewelry.com.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or metal color, subject to stock availability.
- If the price is the same: free exchange.
- If the desired size/color is more expensive: customer pays the difference.
- If less expensive: the difference will be refunded.
All exchanged items must be in brand new, unused condition, with security tags intact, and in original packaging.
- Shipping costs for exchange: The customer ships the original item back using our prepaid label (free). We will ship the exchanged item to you at no additional cost.
